Of Kamisama Kiss? Or of manga in general right now?

Currently there are about 425 (give or take a few) volumes currently solicited for 2013. We have solicitations up until November, but most publishers have only released their full schedule for Summer (up until July or August).

I'd say in this market, we're probably seeing around 600 or so volumes of manga come out each year.

I would like to make the thread more users friendly, since you are doing a lot of work in here. I asked how many volumes, since I wanted to know if it would be possible to do what I want to. But, now I know it is.

My second question, around when do you think will have cover art for January 2014?

No problem.

Generally we see cover-art start appearing a few months before release date. Normally you don't see much further than 4 months ahead. There are exceptions, as VIZ tends to release in small batches and you'll see covers up until their most recent solicitations having cover-art (for example, Bokurano: Ours, volume 9 which isn't due out until September 17 already has the cover up). Most cover art starts showing up in the 2-month range before its release.

Basically, you're typically looking about a ballpark of 2 - 4 months before the volumes release, sometimes some variation with publishers. So you're looking at about August or September for covers to start trickling in for 2014.
