So is this a real thing? Does Aria being voted #1 mean something? SatoJun even tweeted about it.

PLEASE JUST TELL ME WE'RE FINALLY GETTING ARIA BD BOXES.

If this is just a "wishlist" thing (which is what I fear) I'm probably going to cry.

Edit: Skimmed the bdmeister link a bit more, it does seem like just a wishlist thing to me. Confirm/deny? Media Factory you better pay attention to this.

Yeah, pretty sure it's just a list, and that some comments on 2ch said as much.

But personally, nothing on this list really excites me since other than a couple of the more recent series like Aoi Hana and Hakuouki, most of these would just be upscales (even though I'd like Aria on BD since I don't have the R2s) unless they re-composite them.

I think it's just a poll too, but one that apparently holds some weight because one blog I read mentioned that this particular polling project is what got True Tears, Zegapain and Toradora! on BD. Add to the fact the person running the poll seems to be in contact with some directors, including Junichi Sato himself, I think it's more credible than your average fan wish list.

So while I won't claim this guarantees anything, I'd say the chances of that Aria BD Box is a lot brighter than before at the very least.
