Maybe.

I was at Target and noticed that this kind of cover is very common now for live action movie collections.
There was one set that had 15 movies with all 15 of the original covers on the front cover of the collection.

Someday HVD will be a mainstream media format, and we'll get a release with hundreds of films on a single disc, with all their individual covers forming a mosaic for the cover art.
