Yeah, it's the last cover (confirmed with DMP). And there had been a few previous covers that were used as temporary placements for distributors and such.

But yeah, it's not uncommon to see changes made to their covers (Project-H has recently done a bit of this).

With the Remake of Mobile Suit Gundam, based on The Origin manga forthcoming this sure has a good timing.
