Damn, I'm really not liking this show. Ah well, at this point I'll probably keep watching it for the time being, although I could see that changing before it's done with. Maybe I'll just keep quiet about it and hope that enough denial will result in some more enjoyment than I'm experiencing at the moment.

Well, that was interesting. In the sense that it was going along, being pretty damn fun but relatively normal and then things suddenly got serious and then it got rather bizarre and suddenly it all pretty much made sense. It takes some real talent to pull of what this episode did.

I love this show.

And yeah, Sasami freaking out was pretty funny. I would freak out if people would touch my JP BDs with greasy hands... even with bare hands actually.

I liked the second half in that it was pretty crazy and creative. I feel bad that the cancer is now an emergency food supply.

As far as the first half goes, no I don't find sexual harassment funny. Telling a girl to go buy a condom or adult figures (or the xray cam) crosses a line for me. There were plenty of other ways they could have done embarrassing tasks that would have been funny.

Episode 4:

- Sasami has re-entered society, so the Yagami sisters and Onii-chan are there to help. Sort of.
- "Te-he!" <3 Kagami.
- Tsurugi sends Sasami out to buy condoms...
- Chibi Tsurugi is awesome. And perverted. Which is part of the awesome.
- More of Kagami's "funyaa"s please.
- That look on Sasami's face...
- Detachable armor figures. This is too high a hurdle for Sasami.
- HAHAHA Sasami reading imouto porn.
- Sasami trying to keep up with otage. Poor Sasami.
- Mika is very very short.
- Oh. Well that's a good reason for Sasami to have not remembered this day.
- Now UFOs. And the army. And what the hell this show.
- And that wasn't Sasami watching it at all. But it was, sort of, or at least part of her.
- And now it's a bunny.

THIS SHOW IS HARD TO TALK ABOUT.

But awesome.

That was... surprisingly normal, conventional drama. No UFOs or other major WTFness or even anything particularly weird. And it was damn good.

Also lots and lots of deadpan HanaKana. Lots of great Sasami/Kagami scenes. Kagami is quite possibly the laziest robot ever.

It turns out that Sasami is at the very end of her high school career, with only a month left until graduation. That's surprising. The novels are up to volume 10 as of December, and that seems like a lot to cram into the last month of high school, though they certainly *could*. Not that we're going to see past volume 4 or 5 animated since the show is looking to sell absolutely horribly.

Fun episode, and remarkably subdued, comparatively.

Wow... I can't believe how much info we got in this episode... and we are only 3 episodes in. This was quite interesting, I wonder what will happen next.

That is definitely the case with me as well. This show... is as a matter of fact intriguing.
