Volume 5 will be released on 2013/04/17 and contain episodes 9/10. The front cover features the Takanashi sisters in their usual relationship.

As like the others, this volume comes in a front-opening digipak inside a box. A 24 pg color booklet, two eyecatch postcards, and a Nozomi Ousaka drawn cardboard are included in the packaging. On this disc is the usual DEPTH OF FIELD phase V feature, the Black Action Report, web next episode previews, cast/staff audio commentaries, and Japanese subtitles. The first Black Action Report features the background art section at Kyoto Animation while the second concludes the pre-airing event at MOVIC Kyoto.

I really like it. I like to see Rikka smile, for some reason.

I got the 4th Blu-Ray in a few days ago; oddly, my Blu-Ray player detected that it was paused partway through the first episode, as if someone had previously been watching it. Kind of odd.
