Default Selling R2s

Thinking about selling some of my R2s and I know Y!J through Masato is one way to do it. I remember some post made here awhile ago though that linked some other trading site where a lot of people sold their R2s. Anyone remember what it is? I did a whole plethora of searches and came up empty. Are there any other options to get back a decent amount for them? Don't say eBay. =P

I know this isn't what your asking, but what are you trying to sell? I might buy some if its a series I like

I've sold R2s in the past, and never got a real good price for them. I contacted one service about selling R2s on Y!J, but the guy running it said he didn't think I'd get a good price for them, so I decided not to send them. Not to piggyback on your thread, but I'm also trying to unload some R2s...

Why not sell on ebay? I've seen plenty of region 2 dvds sell on ebay. It's the only way I ever get r2 dvds

Well, I don't really have a list since I haven't decided if/what I am going to sell. I mostly just wanted to poke around somewhere and see what kind of prices people are willing to pay for them. It's hard to part with R2s! (lol) I guess Ikkitousen is first thing I would sell, beyond that I don't know yet.

I've never seen any R2 sold on eBay for more than a few bucks unless it's something super rare and incredible. Also, I figure if it's something that's out in R1, who would ever buy the R2 for more than what you can get R1s or the zillions of bootlegs (booooo, don't buy bootlegs) for on eBay. I know there's a very niche market for R2s but getting $5 for a dvd I paid $50 for makes me cry.

I have never seen any Japanese R2s sold on ebay. Quite a few LDs & CDs - all my collectibles are from ebay! - but no DVDs.

I usually search by title though...more luck if checking on particular sellers. Someimes words are spelt wrong or run together.

Its a shame there is no Ebay(Jp). Can you be an Amazon(Jp) seller, & if so, what are the catches?

Because it's against the rules:

[ QUOTE ]
Please do not post for sale, for trade or offer up items for free in messages. Do not post links to auction sites where you are selling items. Do not post links to auction sites where other people are selling items, even those insanely stupid ones of people selling empty boxes. Please do not ask us why or ask us to change our minds and put in a forum for this. It won't happen. If you want to sell/trade things, check out Animeka. Posts containing auction site links will be removed.

[/ QUOTE ]

The exception to that last, of course, is our own e-bay forum.
