Is there anything different with this release compared to the Japanese set?
Is it basicaly a direct import?
Or is it like maybe a new product made for the west with english text on the case/cover with the JP disc being used?

RightStuf.com is excited to team up with Studio Rikka and DIRECTIONS to offer the TIME OF EVE (Eve no Jikan) OVA/ONA to English-speaking fans. The import Blu-ray release is the definitive "director's cut" of the six original net animation episodes and features enhanced hi-def visuals, remastered Japanese audio and English subtitles, as well as multiple covers featuring the series' main characters. Time of Eve was written and directed by Yasuhiro Yoshiura (Pale Cocoon, Aquatic Language), and it streamed internationally, with new episodes released every two months from August 2008 through September 2009. The Time of Eve Blu-ray is now available for pre-order.

i think this is a different version... before was the 6 OVA. This is the director's cut movie version.

That's rather unlikely. The OVA blu-ray had English subs. The movie blu-ray does not. They have to make a new version just for this limited release, which I doubt.

It is the exact version. It's the same as the Japanese import. This distribution just offers people another alternative to buy the release (that don't' want to order from directly from http://www.timeofeve.com/e/).

The version on Right Stuf is listed as Director's Cut.

Original = Director's? I would normally take that to be 2 different releases.

AmazonJP has 2 versions of Time of Eve...

One is listed as Original and the other as Theatrical.

I wish they would of used the same descriptions as the Official JP listings then...
