Sakamoto almost dies as much as Himiko almost gets raped. I was expecting Date and Murasaki were going to see each other as soon as he got there, but instead she just warned Himiko about him, and they'll be having their obvious confrontation next time. That should be good, assuming he dies next episode.

His plan didn't go too well. Lost food and a bim pack.
At least Himiko was happy to see him alive.
Flashback to school days was kinda interesting.
Taira still in pretty bad shape...
I don't like Date's thoughts one bit.
Looks like he really is a bad one.

So Date finally showed his true intentions.
He was the one who betrayed Murasaki as well.
It's lucky Himiko is friends with Murasaki.
They never would have made it without her help.
Well, all is well that ends well ^^

Ah, a non-ending. Oh well. Not bad considering. I'd be cool with a second season. Real closure would be nice, and this definitely leaves itself open for that.

Taira having a crisis..
Looks like everything that happened flipped a mental switch.
Never thought he would turn on them..
Lots of flashbacks in this episode.
In the end the one getting hurt the most was himself.
Himiko was having a self-sacrifice moment.
It was nice, but useless 'cause Sakamoto would never leave her.
Pretty sweet ending ^^
