Are we sure this is due to right issues. Does Aniplex USA needs to acquire rights from its parent company? I think the lack of commentaries has more to do with reverse importation fears.

I just thought at the time of the post: They didn't get the rights by their parent company because of reverse importation fears. Though, "rights" is probably not the best word to use.
