It's true though. Most people on the internet are whinging assholes.
However of course, that's no excuse for a company spokesman to rag on their consumer base.

Him being upset is totally justified, but as you said he shouldn't be losing his temper online directly at his consumers. He should've just said "we're still going through with our decision to release Blue Exorcist subtitled and we'll consider a dubbed release at a later date." and left it at that.
