The "My Points: Your Earned Points and Transaction History" was not updated since around a month (the last update for me is a cancellation on April 25) . Maybe since they changed the website? I wonder why they didn't fix the issue at this point. I just wanna check out, is it the same for everyone?

Same for me, the order I placed two days ago isn't showing up there, and I think I placed anther one earlier in May, also not there.

last order I have any info on is from a cancellation for some Chu2Koi BDs on the 15th of April, (which reminds me I still need to find a spot in a future month to reorder them along with the rest of the series BDs) despite having placed multiple orders since then throughout the months


so yeah, it's likely the same



by the way, what are the points even used for? is it just general discounts and shit or is it something else?

They are used for discount. When you make your order you can decide to use them. 1 Point = 1 Yen.
