Probably the same for me. If season one had gotten a box to hold the volumes I'd probably start collecting the volumes in preperation for DD'. They're still widely available as far as I know. Weird that DD' doesn't have any subs whatsoever though.

Jinrui Suitai came out of left field and I've liked it quite a lot so it might also be in the running.

Don't stream DD and the production committee creates English subtitles for the BD. Stream it and (as of yet) they elect to include them. While I loved that I was able to watch DD directly via BD, I think it's kind of backwards here.

That's why you create your own scripts modified to your specifications.

Granted, I have my preferences, although I'll watch what I can get. Video quality, obnoxious censorship, and commercials tend to piss me off more and make shows unwatchable for me... Damn you Japan for airing the AT-X version three weeks later.

Yeah but if I'm gonna do that, I'll just watch fansubbed BD rips (which might not even need editing depending on which script is suedy). I have no desire at all to go through the painful process of ripping the BDs, ripping some subs, muxing them together, timing them just right etc etc when someone else has done that work for me already. It just pisses me off that so many shows get CR streams and those subs (which are almost always to my liking these days) are never ever used. Jintai? Dog Days'? Kokoroko? SAO? YRYR♪♪? Not a single one will have the CR subs, I bet.

Definitely agree there. I think including CR subs (or any non-Kadokawa subs) would gain sales (including me) on good but not fantastic titles, but probably not enough for the production committee to even bother thinking about it.

Well, we get like one or two a season now. It's progress, I guess.
