Here is looking ahead to remaining announced properties with no release dates from Discotek.

July (also have Lovely Complex; release date announced already) and August looks like they are locked up. September could have at least GTO. After that leaves at least 6 releases between September and on. Keep in mind that Discotek has never released anything in December (and only once in January; 2006 with Taro the Dragon Boy). For those who don't know already, their release scheduling is influences from ADA (their distributor).

As long as Discotek keeps the 2 to 3 titles per month, we should see most (if not all) solicited for 2013. That's not counting the 2nd set of Mazinger Z (series has more than 1 set, but exact number has not been announced).

We also have another blu ray for november that will be announced later. And we already have a blu ray title for next year planned.

We were interested in getting some more Tatsunoko titles but can't get the ones we wanted they put them on hold.

We're still releasing Tekkaman Blade II. We were denied on the 70's Casshern. That was the next title that we wanted from them. Not sure why its not available.

- Discotek, can you answer my question? Is it possible to get closed caption/subtitles for the hearing impaired on the dub-only set? Thank you. As a hard of hearing fan who enjoys english voices, I really like that option. NewVideo put caption on their Digimon DVD releases.

- We don't have any plans to do a closed caption version. That adds a lot more expense to the release and turning a profit as it is can be difficult. If any future titles have CC already done for them we may be able to add it to those if the companies provide it.

We really wanted Casshern since we re-issued the OVA and it did pretty well. Sometimes stuff becomes available later so we will check back in with them at a later time.

We ended up using the money for another 70's Toei series instead!
