Didn't see a U.S. thread for this, so I started one.

Eh, if I can get for less than 15 I might buy it but even then I'm not sure. This movie wasn't the greatest.

Yeah, I am not going to pre-order it or anything, but once the price is right (probably a Deep Discount sale) I will upgrade it.

So the US is getting only 1 version of this? I'll wait for a sale then. R2 got both versions of this.

Hopefully, they will specify which version we got.

I'd be surprised if Manga would go through the trouble of changing the JP release significantly. As long as they have the rights to it, pretty much all they have to do to change the JP version into a virtually seamless US release is subtitle the extras and write the transfer selections in English on the main menu. Hopefully the official specs will be announced soon.

That wasn't what I meant. The run time on this is 48 min. So it's either the digital data master or the telecine, not both most likely. That's why I said...

If there's only one version then it has to be the digital one, it's what was on the DVD, and anything else just wouldn't make sense (though to be fair, the 1-disc Korean DVD did have the telecine version for some reason, which is why I bought it.)
