It looks like their titles are Magic(al?) 4koma Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and Magic(al?) 4koma Umineko no Naku Koro ni (San?) respectively

and I'm probably one of the only people that would be interested in getting them despite in all likelyhood just being mindless fun that brings nothing new to the table

I can't find them on ANN/MAL to be sure of the title and to have the needed info. I'm sure that kijakusai would be able to help. I gonna wait his reply with the exact title and needed info before adding it to the list.
