Not bad considering what type of show it is.

This isn't that bad of a cover. It may draw in its intended audience. I will pass on this though.

Hmm...I still have some of the original Beyblade, and G-Revolution DVDs from when I was a kid. Not really sure what this new series is about, but I don't see Tyson and I'm gonna assume any type of continuity that this series had is now lost, so I think I'll pass.

Odd how Ryuga (I believe that's his name), the crazy-looking one on the back-left, is on the cover... Since he won't appear at all in any of the episodes on this DVD.

Still, it would be have been cool if Nelvana had been able to get this DVD to be dual-audio. They helped produce the show, so they could have easily dubbed it uncut and then edited for time, making a dual-audio release possible.

I like Beyblade, but this is WAY too busy.

It's just laziness. The current dub for the show is more or less uncut (if a scene is edited out, the dialogue is told through a paused screen for example), enough so that people have taken the audio from the dub, and overlayed it ontop of the raw video.

The weird thing is, the R1 releases are English, French, and Spanish. Unless there's a separate dub produced solely for Quebec (which does happen), the French dub is completely uncut. France is getting a French/Japanese DVD release of the series.

Thanks Sentai/Section 23 for picking up Gintama, the product you'll put out will satisfy many, and hopefully get the franchise some new fans. Sadly, I can't support that kind of release at this time.
