That was one thought that I had (although I've never seen the scene myself, I have heard about it; I never bothered to watch the original Eva movies after seeing the TV series). ^_^;

What I shown him was all of the TV Series and End of Evangelion. The best bit was that my step-mum was joining us for the majority of the TV Series and The End of Evangelion. Yes, it was incredibly awkward. From that point I've decided to only watch anime with my friends because it's less awkward.

Well yeah, to me the fan service in Highschool of the Dead comes off as ridiculous and funny, but if you're new to the show and THAT is the first thing you see you'll (depending on your.. taste in anime?) be put off because it has absolutely no context to it. But that's just me. I'd prefer some of the manga artwork for the menu's myself.

It's a pic from the OP animation. If you wanted to see the full pic, stop ep. 2 at 2:01. The full pic is worse than what's on the menu imo.

What about the press release Sentai sent out that announced the license/simulcast? For some reason I have it in my head that it mentioned something about Blu-ray.
