Funi, quit being a cheap ass and pay for the creditless OP/ED rights or for christs sakes follow Sentai's method and roll the translated credits at the end of the episode.

Even when they do get clean EDs, they usually end up looking an absolute mess (Hetalia is recent bad example in my mind).

Ah, we shouldn't be having to deal with this, it's very regressive.

You know, you might want to put the torches and pitchforks down until you see the actual DVD and not the streaming version, since the two often aren't the same. Just wait anther week or two and you can resume storming the castle then if need be.

I won't get my copy probably until later this week. I will see how I really feel about this then.

I was thinking this too, sometimes (most of the time iirc, I don't stream anime all that often.) the streaming retains the original Japanese credits too, and this could be their way of getting around that or something.

I thought Hetalia looked acceptable; certainly a thousand times better than My Bride is a Mermaid which you'd have to be blind to think was meant to be that terrible looking.

While true for their subtitled streams, their dub streams always have the translated credits. Rightstuf.com doesn't list the first volume as having any textless OP/ED songs so yea, It's not gonna be different.

For those who don't want to go to the linked forum, here's a few screen shots from my post on there.

Ending

Does anyone here know if the R2 releases of this season had creditless Openings & Endings?

Ugh, do people need to bring this up every time this happens?
