In case anyone was wondering, the second volume has the the same flaws as the first. Looks fine when there's not much movement, ridiculous compression artifacts when there's a lot of motion, even with the bitrate around 30 mbps. Not that I expected different; both volumes were probably done around the same time. I will hope in vain for a JP BD box, even though it will likely be at least 4 times the price.

There's also something really funky with the audio of the HD clean OP included in the 2nd set. It's so pronounced and obvious that I have to think it's present in the source MB got. Either that, or no one bothered to play it back even a single time during their QC process.*sigh*
