Chapter 11? I was expecting Chapter 7. They'll never get out of the abyss they created.

Its always Chapter 11, until its not. Its simply the more optimistic of the two options - the difference between cowering (behind the shield of bankruptcy court), begging "please don't hurt me" versus "Just make it (kill me) quick". If the creditors start pushing for (corporate) vivisection and black marker organ sales, 4Kids can still refilef for Chapter 7.

Personally, though, I'd kind of like to see their library of licenses survive. I still like Winx Club, and hope to (someday) see the last season - and (if we're really getting optimistic) the finale to Shaman King

Yeah I know (and actually working for a company that just recently got out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy, I feel for the employees at 4Kids about their job security), but I feel that they dug themselves in such a financial hole that even with restructuring, they'll never fully recover. Or at least be the company they once were.
