It's an okay cover. It doesn't stand out much though. I will be getting this.

While I thought the first season was great, I wasn't sure if I loved it to make it worth an upgrade. However, if S2 is a combo pack, I'll probably get this so they match video-quality wise. And yeah, decent cover.

I'm glad I waited for this set to come out. I'll be ordering this and season 2 the moment Right Stuf has it up on their website.

I should be ordering this during TRSI's current sale.

If the video quality gets bad marks relative to the Japanese release, then I'll return it and buy the cheaper DVDs... Does Funi know what to do with a 720i show?

Even though it may be one of the 720i shows, the masters sent to Funimation would have already been scaled to 1080i.

I rather doubt that. S&W is I think the only (or one of the few?) 720i shows to have been released as 1080p BDs, so they'll probably get 1080p masters and not have much to screw up.

Ok then, I just thought that since the US release of Canaan was 1080i it would be the same situation here for Spice and Wolf.
