Rossiu from Gurren Lagann. Generic answer I know but it was pretty damn satisfying.

Nozomu from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei in the "mean looking eyes" scene.

Any scene where Keima gets punched in the face is hilarious in The World God Only Knows if you ask me.

Touma punching Stiyl Magnus in the 2nd episode of the first Index series also had me cheering at the top of my lungs. Come to think of it, Touma punches a lot of people in the face (due to his having no other abilities).
