This OVA series is kind of churning through studios, I didn't even notice it changed after Madhouse.

Know it's kinda late reply, but Graphinica was the 3D/VFX Dept of Gonzo, they were responsible for alot of stuff, and Kelmadick animated Papillon Rose(TV & OVA), as well as helping out with some subcontracting work.
