Well to be fair to TRSI they are a US company mainly catering to US consumers, it's not their responsibility to include that information.

True, Caveat Emptor, I'd just gotten used to not having to worry about region restrictions for US imports unless it is explicitly mentioned as locked to A.

I don't get the strategy either. You would think info like this will be important to the consumers. I guess they could mention it during the actual release week.
