Thanks, added K-ON!, Haruhi 2006, Haruhi BD box.
Looks like Oricon is around 60-70% of sales, though there are outliers like Monogatari (80%) and Haruhi 2006 (46%). Of course when the reports come out and how heavily a distributor overships (or doesn't) can be a factor in this, so these comparisons aren't all apples to apples. And these are generally the best selling shows ever, which can be expected to have a much longer tail than, say, a show averaging 5k.

Should've clarified on the others. The numbers I gave were amounts sold outside the Haruhi BD-Box where that's an unofficial number shipped.
Edit: And here's the tricky part. The same article that gave us the 50,000 shipped remark for the BD-Box also said that, including it and Shoushitsu, Kadokawa had shipped over 1 million BD/DVDs (as of 2010/12/18). The problem with that number is that it's impossible to get an exact amount if we take Kadokawa at their word for the 800,000 number. The movie itself would be an extra 180,000 putting it at 980,000. We'll have to simply say that including the movie & BD-Box, Haruhi has shipped considerably more than 1 million copies total. We don't know the exact number of S2/Gensou, which compounds a full series total. As is, we have 1,050,000 total for the series excluding those. I'll see what I can do later with how that matches up with Oricon's records (likely not very favorable).

But man, no second week for Yuru Yuri♪♪. 1,139 BD threshold on a full list is evil. Oh well, there's always monthly lists. Just going to have to wait another 2 weeks or so for the data. Dog Days' yes! Also wow, so much for thinking Hakuouki as a contender for top 4. Summer update: Dog Days' v1 sells 6666/2530 for 9,196. Yessssssssssssssssssssssssss! Goddamn this is awesome, DD' and YRYR♪♪ both did well. Though DD' much moreso. This is a better number than the totals for DD v2-6, and only 4.5% less than DD v1wk1. Season three! Yuusha Nanami! Total Eclipse v1 sells 5312/1110 for 6,422. Decent, but remember when this was beating out Horizon and looking like a lock for top 3? Ouch. Hakuouki Reimeiroku v1 sells 1384/3536 for 4,920. A drop by half from previous volumes, not just v1s, of the first two seasons. Ouch. And I thought it was the best one so far... Joshiraku v1 sells 3539/682, total 4,221. Decent. Campione! v1 sells 2979/1208, total 4,187. Arcana Famiglia v1 sells 1234/2228, total 3,462. Triple the stalker DVD estimate, and quadruple the DVD estimate. KoiChoco v1 sells 2330/1007, total 3,337. Nakaimo v1 sells 2063/747, total 2,810. Hagure Yuusha v1 sells 1740/669, total 2,409. Dakara H v1 sells 1,945 BDs, DVDs do not rank. Utakoi 1v sells 1,338 DVDs, BDs do not rank. Horizon II v1 adds 3351, total 21,176. Very nice - second best second week of the franchise. In fact this is the best 2-week total of them all. s1v1 did have a long tail due to stock issues but I think it's safe to say demand for this series has not dropped much if at all. Spring update: Uchuu Kyoudai v1 sells 1,411 BD boxes, DVDs do not rank. Hyouka v4 sells 7082/1091, total 8,173. Wow, it's like people don't realize this is another Kadokawa Marathon. Not that I'm one to talk, since I'm buying it. Four volumes in, first week sales have been: 7.83k → 8.15k → 8.15k → 8.17k. ...Damn, impressive. Accel World v3 sells 6601/1478, total 8,079. Still good, but it's showing signs of a consistent decline. There are only 8 volumes so it shouldn't go too low, but the question is where it stabilizes. Will it be 8k first weeks from here on out, or will we eventually look at 5-6k first weeks? Does go to show how unusually consistent Hyouka is in comparison. Nyaruko-san v4 sells 4880/1085 for 5,965. I guess this will finish up around 7k average at current pace. AKB0048 v4 sells 2931/905, total 3,836. Tsuritama v4 sells 1854/1464, total 3,318. QB Rebellion v4 sells 2290/1018, total 3,308. Jormungand v4 sells 3,068 BDs, DVDs do not rank. Nazo no Kanojo v4 sells 2,359 BDs, DVDs do not rank. NatsuKise v3 sells 1,983 BDs, DVDs do not rank. KoreZom OTD v5, final volume, sells 1,970 BDs, DVDs do not rank. Final average: 2,821. Tasogare v4 sells 1,742 BDs, DVDs do not rank. Sakamichi v3 sells 1,714 BDs, DVDs do not rank. Upotte!! v2 sells 1,284 BDs, DVDs do not rank. 2 more copies than v1. Shirokuma Cafe v3 sells 1,035. KimiBoku 2 v4 sells 685 DVDs, BDs do not rank. Fate/Zero ptII adds 3732, total 44,853. It's only about 6% below ptI at an equivalent point, not bad at all. KuroBas v3 adds 2305/3156, total 20,245. Past seasons: InuBoku v7, final volume sells 4330/3719, total 8,049. A good increase (15%) on the previous volume thanks to the bonus episode, but the previous volume was unusually low. Still, the series maintains its 10k average: 10,546. Guilty Crown v9 sells 4567/1321, total 5,888. A slight increase on v8, but v8 has a better 2nd week than the two previous volumes. Aquarion EVOL v6 sells 4024/1196, total 5,220. We're down to 46% off v1 so far. OVAs, Movies, Boxsets etc: Haganai OVA sells 9211/2337 for 11,548. Better first week sales than any of the TV volumes, so this is doing exactly what you want an OVA disc to do. Only needs about 1.4k more to beat the total for v1 of the TV series. HidaSketch Honeycomb fandisc sells 5,131. Good for a fandisc, but noticeably lower than the previous two. Hopefully it doesn't indicate waning interest in the franchise. I want this series to finally hit 10k with a season! Jeeze that's going to be hard with how packed Fall is though. Gundam SEED BD Box v3 added 1438, total 11,516. 03) ¥*873.9m (21,903 * ¥39,900) - Toradora! 04) ¥*723.7m (34,464 * ¥21,000) - Kidou Senshi Gundam SEED (4 parts: 11,457 + 11,491 + 11,516 + 1 unreleased) 05) ¥*456.7m (12,427 * ¥36,750) - Strike Witches (Two pressings: 7,011 + 5,416) No new v1s next week or the week after. Week after that, just Natsuyuki Rendezvous. Link to TV anime top-sellers list Link to Vol. 1 Sales by Season
