According to My Anime List, she's voicing Kazanari Tsubasa herself.

She's voicing the most Mizuki Nana character in the show, Tsubasa.

I have no idea how it's written, but Hibiki could be "Echo Demon" (響鬼). Atleast it was in Kamen Rider Hibiki.

Bloody show set me up for the Zwei Wing pair of Tsubasa and Kanade only to have Kanade kill off half-way thru the episode. Ah well, as far as I'm concerned, show has great production values, awesome music and great songs (yeah feels like it's selling Nana again, but I don't care, since I enjoy watching her concerts).

Writing's bit iffy, but it's set itself up better than some of the newer stuff this season at the moment.

Same here. I don't really care much for Hibiki or Miku though, so that knocks the show down a notch for me. At least the fight scenes or massacres, in this case, are pretty well done.

And, of course Hibiki has some sort of powers...that scar couldn't be more obvious.

Not feeling this show from the first episode...I'll have see where it goes for the next few.
