This isn't an exclusive UK-release. Kazé announced the release of the Movie for Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy and the Netherlands.

UK release has been pushed back to February 2013 (per Manga UK podcast). They got the North American licensor wrong though (they listed it as Viz Media when it should be Sentai Filmworks).
