Once again, the Italians get something really nice. But at least, this time the R1 release is almost as good as this one is.

My copy arrived today. I like that the back cover has all six characters, but with a front and back for each of the three boxes and six main characters, I think it would have been better for each of them to get one. Of course, I wouldn't have made the same choices for who got each cover anyway. The configuration I'd choose would be: the first set has Madoka on the front (as it has to be) and Mami on the back (makes a hell of a lot more sense than being on the front of the second one), the second set has Sayaka on the front and Kyoko on the back (she's the only one who doesn't get a cover to herself), and the third one has Homura on the front and Kyubey on the back.
But all that aside, I'm so glad to have all of these now, and they're some of the best anime releases I've seen in a long time.
