I just emailed Sentai, and they confirmed that the 2.0 Japanese is a mis-print, it's going to be in 5.1 in both languages.

I don't think I've even seen another potential cover art for this. Not that I'm complaining, though. It looks very nice, and I'm really looking forward to seeing what Shinkai brings us here, although I don't think I'll like it as much as 5 Centimeters Per Second. Hopefully it can be a #2 of his stuff.

You'd probably have to wait till CR's dvd rights expire. So just import it...

France and Germany has it released... if you dont want to go the JP route. (those dont have english subs thou)

Well there was this image which was the slipcase of the JP LE; the actual disc-case used the same image as above though.

I've had it for a few months already. I don't know how much value I place on the few extras that ADV's including with their release, so if I double-dip, it'll be a while...

This cover looks really nice. I am definitely thinking about getting this and this cover gets the treatment it deserves from a Shinkai film.
