Read an interesting post on their official forum and thought I'd share:

Quote:
Mouryou no yurikago
Corpse Princess(Shikabane Hime)
Quote:
Both are from Square Enix, which is more or less exclusive to Yen Press at this point.
The post is in reference to license requests from fans and not what Seven Seas has/is working on.

This comes from Adam Arnold, who serves as Seven Seas' Senior Editor. Square-Enix series are generally licensed and released by Yen Press, though Vertical has dabbled in their licenses as well.

Please be Saki and Achiga-hen. That's my most wanted license right now.

The quote was in reference for someone asking for Seven Seas to license Mouryou no yurikago & Corpse Princess(Shikabane Hime). As much as I would love for Yen to license those, this wasn't a hint that they had anything.

Ah yeah; sorry. The quote is a bit ubiquitous left like that. I'll edit it so you have the full-context. Thanks.

Oh, I probably should've clicked the hyperlink, that's my bad.

I asked the Vertical rep on Twitter if they'd consider licensing Saki, and he replied with him saying that he loves Saki, so I'm still holding onto that small, small hope that Vertical is interested in it.

Ahaha, that's right. I do recall seeing someone asking Ed about Saki and him saying that he was a big fan. Would be quite interesting to see Vertical releasing Saki...

Now I have some hope for Saki manga. It would be so wonderful.

Just a small update from their forum:

Quote:
We can't license from Kadokawa at this point in time.
And a possibility of more Alice manga (what a shocker)

Quote:
I know, that lately many titles of Alice is released/ planned, but is any chance, that you'll also pick "Clover no Kuni no Alice - Heart no Kishi "? (It's Ace story...) >///<
Quote:
I can neither confirm nor deny.
Given that Alice has done incredibly well for the company these past few months, it is no surprise that they're likely looking into getting more (and Yen Press too, I'm sure).

The release schedule index page has been updated through May 2013 solicitations, along with a few series pages showing additions (Angel Para Bellum now listed 'Volume 4: TBA').
