Not directly related to their license acquisitions, but it would appear that a NA publisher may have the rights to one of the Fate/* manga series.

Would you be willing to pick up the Fate/ manga series? From what I've heard no one has picked up the title from Tokyopop and I absolutely love that series.

Oh, can't wait to know what they are. Hope I will be interested on at least one of them.

I'd love to have the F/SN manga back in print too, especially since the series is still on-going in Japan. Though I'd kill to have the Fate/Zero manga. If any company grabbed either of these up, it's probably safe to assume that it was Yen Press.

And yeah, Vertical had been busy this year. Ed Chavez has been hinting and teasing us for months. I'm really looking forward to whatever science-fiction manga they licensed. He said it should be announced sometime this summer/fall.

Vertical is once again open for licensing season, and this time they're looking for releases for Summer 2013 and beyond. You can either reply via Twitter or select something (or add) from their poll on Facebook. Check it out!

Also, update on the Fate/ licenses. Vertical is reporting that "all" of Fate/ manga have been licensed. Whether that also includes the Fate/kaleid liner PRISMA☆ILLYA spin-off or not is unknown (though highly doubtful, in my own personal opinion), but I'd say Fate/Stay Night and Fate/Zero manga adaptations are likely heading our way.

Oh good lord I hope Zero and Prizma Ilya are indeed licensed. I'd buy those up so fast. Extra would be a nice one too. Though I don't think I'd buy the Stay Night manga, since it's just a rehash of the Fate route (again) with a hacked up UBW section inserted in. Only problem with Zero is I'm sure it would be heavily censored unless they gave it a ridiculous rating, on par with Berserk or even higher.
