Episode 3:

- The great unanswered question: Will Toori keep clothes on for more than 2 minutes at a time in this season?

- Yay, finally cloak girl gets revealed. That weird deep voice was seriously getting on my nerves. This is muuuuuuuch better. Horie Yui!
- Epic dogeza, lol.
- Haha Heidi with the "camera".
- Poor Horizon, can't an android girl thing get any peace and quiet around here?
- Now it's time to negotiate over something or other. England needs Musashi to help defeat the Spanish Armada it seems.

- Ahahahaha, TRIPLE AXEL DOGEZA! With bonus sparkles. He turns the deck molten. o_O
- Ambassador Suzu! As we all know, nobody can defy Suzu. Nobody. Her stuttering tsukkomi and cuteness are the most powerful of all Musashi's weapons!

This is definitely the most important development in episode three. I'm also quite happy Adele is coming along - she's adorable but hasn't been able to do much since she was shoved in that mecha in season one.

My love for Suzu is also one reason why I still like Toori. I really appreciate the genuine respect he has for her. In other words, there's no doubt in my mind that when he said he thinks she's the best person for the job, he genuinely meant it. He carries himself in such a goofy, flippant way, but you can also tell when he genuinely believes what he's saying - even if his attitude doesn't change at all.

Suzu, Adele, and Futayo. Goddamn this will be good.

Yes! The "Sex-Ed with Asuma" joke continues! Malga's horror was hilarious and Masazumi's help was.... not enlightening. So now there are two more people that have a horrible lack of understanding of the word "sex". I want to see Futayo proposition someone in order to "deepen relations".

We also learn that Malga is a Tomo/Masazumi fangirl. Everyone's SD faces in that scene were hilarious. I also decided that I'm going to ship Suzu/Adele just because the seem cute together (and that was before their little bit at the end of the onsen scene).

Nate's pleasure at being fed was adorable. I was horribly distressed when Horizon stopped feeding her and no one else took over. Kimi almost did but Nate resisted, and I think Kimi was less interested in feeding her than getting her away from Toori so he and Horizon could continue their conversation without Nate potentially getting involved and cutting it off.

And Masazumi's "mouse" is adorable.

I feel both more and less informed now.

Very fun episode though, looking forward to the BD version of this one...

- A toast and campfire for the Musashi students.
- As typical of a wolf, Nate has a big appetite.
- Nate being fed by Horizon, and looking cute doing it.
- The three-legged crow shows up to eat. And he escapes, but can't escape Tomo's arrow.
- Horizon is crying. Must be the armament. Or lack thereof.
- Off to the baths. It's Tenzo and Mary together. And Mary has a ton of scars.
- And it's time for the girls to take a bath.
- Masazumi gets a Maus. Say hello to her anteater.
- Time to kick off the festival.
- Toussaint is selling manga. Shakespeare wants a piece of him.
- Tres Espana arrives.
- There's a different Mary in the London Tower awaiting execution.
- Time for Shakespeare to carry out the play.

Pretty good episode here, seeing the girls acting cute and a lot of social interaction as the festival is being prepared. Then there is the bath scene that was coming at some point.

- I saw Suzu for a couple of seconds, need more of her!
- Naked man fell from the sky! That’s normal.
- Gin you are so much fun!
- What is more normal: Naked man felling from the sky or Toori with clothes?
- Chibi ED!!!

Love this episode, love this show! WOW!!! Everything is so good about this show.

And the battle begins, with the combatants as revealed in the flash at the end of episode 4.

Some of the fights go well for Musashi, some...not so much.

Margot and Ul win theirs rather handily, Futayo's ends in a bit of a draw.

Malga gets in some good hits against Drake, but ends up getting "saved" by Gin. Though Gin seems to have her own plans.

Masazumi and Neito remain in battle with their opponents, and it doesn't look good. Tomo and Kimi...have a plan?
