Episode 9:
- Sawashiro Miyuki day continues with #4! Inaban, Serika, Kurapika and now Masazumi. At least I hope we get lots of Masazumi here. - Zone//Alone grows on me more each week. - Heh. Neshinbara's DBZ fanfics. - YES! Magot and Gacchan together for the first time in forever. Gacchan still can't fight with her, but I just hope this is all building up to another completely epic scene between them like season one got. - And holy shit Kimi! Hahaha, oh man being Gacchan is suffering but Kimi was awesome there, and totally helped Gacchan calm down. Also, man, I wish a lot of another characters could have been told what Kimi just told Gacchan. She really nailed it there. - Oh and a kiss. =D With a nibble. - "Some idiot punched me and I can't get up. Could you give me a hand?" Hahahaha. <3 Man this was a short scene but it was fantastic. - Hahah, awwwwww, poor Tenzou. He declares his intent to confess to a girl and everyone just thinks he's nuts. Don't be mean to Tenzou. ![]() - Kissshot Tenzou Heart-Under-Blade! - Oh god, I wasn't expecting that group "Judge" when Horizon asked if someone would have been sad if she died. That was awesome. - Yaaaaay, Horizon agrees to world war! And Masazumi delivers the message so calmly. Bwhaha. - Now for a new set of duels, with a familiar set of characters... c'mon Gacchan, you can do it. Excited to see Neito in action again too. - Man, the show has been good all season pretty much but it's going to be purely epic from here on out. It must. - Bwhaha Adele pulls a Gendou. Captain Adele! - Suzu! she noted something... - Ah, nice trick from the old Tres Espana guy. They get to recreate history without giving up the bulk of their fleet. - There hasn't been a lot of focus on really developing Tres Eapana in my opinion, but I still find that all of this is working really well for me. - Goddamnit this show can be so exciting, music being a big part of that. - Now for the duels. - Well, next week. Ooh can't wait. I expect such good things from the remaining episodes.

- Wait, there is supposed to be another Shakespeare?
- Tenzo is off to the tower with Malga, and Dudley and Cecil are in the way. - Malga is grounded by Cecil's gravity, and Tenzo is just too fast that Dudley's crossbow barrage did nothing. - It's Kimi to the rescue, with a barrier and some trash talk. - Musashi is getting pummeled. - And it's the battle of the authors. Shakespeare's king vs. Neshinbara's samurai. - Masazumi is in danger, and the anteater is surrounded by blobs yelling stuff about her. - It's the anteater to the rescue, and a bunch of spiritual bombs to keep the skeletons away. - Nate has a chain trick up her sleeve to crush Walsingham. - So Walsingham was activated through a cute little OS thingie. - In comes Tori, and once again streaking with Horizon applying the hit to the head. - The Musashi automatons are scrambled. Need to think fast. - Even at a time like this, Shirojiro and Heidi are still doing business. - And that's how Musashi fought back. Have the automatons deactivate sense of self and split the ship. - Back to the battle of the authors, the king beats the samurai. - The power of editing for the win. All hail Neshinbara's usurper king! - The armament is now his, while audience cheers on, while Shakespeare turns to dust. - The execution is about to begin, and Tenzo is up against Raleigh. So much was happening in this episode, and it is all great stuff. There were lots of battles, and then the big one between Shakespeare and Neshinbara for the armament. It looks like the focus will now shift towards Tenzo as he tries to save Mary from execution.

Not entirely sure what was going on in a few of those scenes (like how Adele screaming for help apparently did something and the battle of plays just kind of lost me in general). But it was pretty awesome.
Neito's fight was pretty brief but she sure kicked a lot of ass. I really liked her gun-variant of the blade-grasp technique. LOL Tomo's "Happy death!" and the shadow slime things' "data transfer". Also, Kimi being awesome. Hopefully next time we'll get to see her fight. And I love how her "secret" basically is pretty much "I'm that fucking awesome."

- Magot and Gacchan are back together. I’m looking forward to the day they will be able to fight together again.
- Tenzou says in front of everyone he gonna confess… Well, not the reaction he was hoping for from everyone… - Tenzou needs a deeper scar from the girl he loves! - Of course, everyone would have been sad if we lost you back then, Horizon! - And they are going to war with England to save Mary. And they will fight the Armada too. - Time to get ready for battle, some strategy. - And it starts! - We will have to wait next time for the duels… Awesome episode and the following ones will be awesome as well, no doubt.

- The next obstacle towards rescuing Mary, Raleigh.
- Using Milton to distract Raleigh while Tenzo uses his speed to get past him, that's really smart thinking. - Dudley's crossbows are no match for Malga's artistry. - Cecil can crush anything but Kimi's barrier. Cecil is rescued, but is too much for a bunch of men to handle. - Tenzo arrives at London Tower. And awaiting her is Mary. No, that's Elizabeth... - Wait, that really is Mary. That hologram of Queen Mary was a great decoy, but not when the breasts are too small. - And the Excalibur is pulled out. Actually, it is two swords that need to be repaired. - New negotiation this time: Elizabeth stays the Queen while her unborn nephew succeeds the throne. - If Felipe goes down, so does Juana. - But they aren't going down just yet. Gin is there to rescue them. - Next objective, destroy the San Martin. Wait, how is the San Martin firing bullets from all over the place? - So there were multiple San Martin, with the main one about to tail the Musashi. - Not good, as Tres Espana has the Musashi cornered. But it's Grace to the rescue. - Time for the final showdowns. Shirojiro vs. Takakane, Noriki vs. Pedro and Flores, and Futayo vs. Gin. - Futayo didn't really have sex with Muneshige. But Gin didn't get the message. That was a great episode there with the battles, Tenzo finally securing his dream girl, Juana not letting Felipe continue forward with his suicide attach, and the battle with Tres Espana currently going on with the athletes invading the Musashi and Grace coming to aid in the battle. When everybody is so bent on reenacting history, Musashi is vowing to not let it be destructive in achieving that means to an end. The next episode should really be something, especially with the fight between Futayo and Gin coming. Futayo sure knows how to psyche out her opponent just like she did when Gin fainted after hearing that Futayo's fight with Muneshige was like having sex, something that really didn't happen.

Well, if you recall, Futayo is extremely stupid. And she just had "sex" explained to her by Seijun. So, she was probably being dead serious about it :D Even if extremely misguided

Bwahahaha! The best joke of the series makes a glorious return. Thank you Masazumi, for explaining that in the most vague, misleading way possible.
The Elizabeth/Mary stuff wrapped up quicker and easier than I expected but it makes sense. The real grande finale for the season is the battle with Tres Espana. And the Mary/Tenzou scene was really damn good. Oh, and both Malga and Margot got to be awesome in this episode.

Whee double Horizon time.
Episode 10: - Ahhhh, yes, time for the awesome hectic multi-front action sequences this show can do so goddamned well. - Gacchan got to do something without failing miserably! YAY GACCHAN! Surprising she can bear the weight of the gravity better than Tenzou. Magic, I guess. - FUCK YEAH KIMI! She's impervious ot any spell just by being herself. That sounds so Kimi-like. Gacchana and Margot ought to invite Kimi along for a threesome some day as thanks. - Heh, Tres Espana exploiting the wording of history to their advantage. This guy is fucking Musashi up rather nicely. - Now for Shakespeare-tan vs Neshinbara. ...King Lear becomes a giant robot! - Aww the little dust bunny things want to save Mazasumi. Anteater time! - "HAPPY DESU yo ne?" Asama <3 - Neito is... talking about chains and stuff. And more importantly, kicking ass. Man, running up and just crushing the gun between her hands was so badass. - And the OS mouse is adorable. <3 - Poor Adele. ;_; But Heidi and Shirojiro are here to help. Yay money. - Margot! And awwwwwww, Suzu is there to console her wife. <3 - We totally need to see more of the witches. - Neshinbara uses the power of editing, and gets SHAKESPEARE MOE!
