HSDxD is pretty heavy fanservice series and I'm not under the impression that's a drastic change from the novels. That 0_0 inducing picture looks like its by the original novel illustrator. So, while the Oda Nobuna anime has been on the pretty tame side of fanservice levels, the original novel illustrator has worked on something that is distinctly on the other end.

Yeah, that's about all that I'd heard about DxD. I just never got around to trying it out. ^^

I have no i- Oh. Right. I downloaded some of the novels. Lemme check. ... There's a few fanservicey illustrations, one or two that could maybe be considered to be of at that level. Just the B&W images though, not the color ones at the beginning. I only looked up through volume 6, as that's all I have on my HD. Looks like it tends to get fanservicier as it goes along, as I didn't see a nude or near nude shot until volume 3. Though looking again, one image in volume 2 has the little girl (the one Nobuna sent to his room in ep 5-ish) with some sort of liquid seeping out from between her legs...

The fanservice builds up in order to keep the readers reading? ^^;
