The DVD cover wasn't too shabby and I'm glad to see it's carrying over to the Blu-Ray version.

I don't think anyone ever expected any other artwork. It's certainly a tried and true choice. With Sentai getting the Blu-ray out so impressively quickly, I'll finally be able to have this movie on my shelf, and the quality will be better than ever.

I've had the Japanese release for a couple of weeks. While ADV's cover is more colorful than the import, I don't see too many good reasons to double-dip. The only one that comes to mind right now is the possibility of showing the movie to my mom, whose eyesight is bad enough that she can't read subtitles (and I wouldn't want to read them out loud for her, since I don't know if I'd be able to so for the entire film).

I don't like how the character leg is cropped off. I think they should take away the black bar at the top and bottom to make more room for the image itself.

I was pretty much expecting this cover to be used. It does look great.
