While I am not surprised they used this cover I am very disappointed. It was my least favorite of the Japanese covers personally and I think it emphasizes the fanservice of the Penguin Queen's outfit too much.

Personally I wish they went with these two as I think they would have been perfect (also I would rather have more than less characters on the covers)

I know nothing about this show, but I hope it ends up being as Utena-like as I've read in the past little while.

I liked Penguin Drum allot more than Utena for sure.

Pretty simple cover this release has, but it's very nice and effective for its release. It would have been better with the pink BD tag that the Japanese version has, but it still is looking good.

I have no problem with the cover art itself but I feel something more could have been done with the use of font design to make the cover more engaging. For those fans who aren't going to get this because of the Ikuhara connection you at least need an appealing cover to catch their eyes. I feel this is a little too simplified.
