In his review on this site, Chris mentions how in the first disc of Ikki-Tousen, Hakufu visibly climaxes as she is being choked out by Ryomou. Expecting to see Hakufu moaning and writhing in extacy, I was surprised when I didn't even catch the orgasm on my first viewing.

It wasn't until later that I put two and two together and realized that Chris was talking about the shot where Hakufu has a lot of liquid coming out of her crotchal area. I thought she was just peeing from the pain and fear. It wouldn't be the first time somebody has peed from that. Let me cite two examples:

1) The Metal Gear Solid series. MGS1 has Otacon pissing, MGS2 has Otacon's sister pissing (hot), and MGS3 has Naked Snake pissing.

Yeah, I had the same thought as Fencedude when I watched it. I'll have to pop it in over the weekend and see if my opinion needs to be reevaluated, but I doubt it will change.

I had always thought she had peed herself in that scene. I thought it was kinda odd that Chris had mentioned otherwise in his review.

Well, since he has extensive viewing experience in hentai, I guess it's not too far of a stretch to see why he saw it the way he did (and given how that show is)...

As for me, I think that that imagery was supposed to invoke sexuality, though in reality, it seemed more like she urinated on herself due to the stress put on her muscular activity (I thought something about this was mentioned in the show...)

But the greater question is...what am I do here discussing this so in depth?! :o

Hmm! Interesting! Since Ikki Tousen is the animated version of Battle Vixens which is raunchy as hell and leans intentially towards fan service if not flat out hentai, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Hakufu orgasmed in that scene. As an example of devoting WAY too many brain cells to this thread, can anyone tell me if the "fluid" was milky or clear? That might go a long way towards determining if Hakufu was having an orgasm or simply wetting herself? Jesus! I don't believe I just typed that! I can't remember either, but with my curiosity sufficiently piqued, I'll have to watch that volume and get verification.

On the other hand, however, Ryomou did say that because the blood to her arteries had been shut off, causing her muscles to relax, so it could have relaxed that too. Who knows?

As for the color, it looks like a translucent milky white. But again, it's kinda vague.

I remember a similar scene, but it was with Ryofu. Going back & reviewing the Ryomou/Hakufu scene I'd say both orgasmic peeing. Surprised no one has brought up that possibility as it's pretty common in hentai.

Btw, the creator was recently at Sakura-con & I captured some of his panel.

If you look at the surrounding word contexts, they make it sorta kinda maybe a little bit clear, through terminology and implications. She orgasmed.

She did say "I'm starting to feel kind of good" when she was getting choked. Then the blue haired chick said "Why don't you finish quickly?" Finish, y'know, a bit of a slang term for the orgasm. Then afterwards when blue chicky and the dude were doing their back and forth, and she threatened him, and he says "I enjoyed finishing on your thigh, but..." Then she called him a bastard or something. So, there's the use of the word "finish" again, as in the orgasm, the feeling good in the first place, then it also implies blue girl and the guy had sex and he ejaculated on her thigh.
