All worth it for that Yu(r)iko Vision Kud-on-a-Bed shot though.

Yes! Sasasasashay Sashimi returns! Finally!
Also some hilariously bad art and animation this time.

Lots of Rin being cute in the episode which is always a plus. Nice to see her get the team together and solve the problem.
It was nice though to see Riki question the letter and whole situation. Makes you wonder what's going on.

Well that was exactly what I expected. Next time, Nishizono episode. Then the Busters should be complete. Hopefully something good can happen then.

Episode 9:
- Wafuu dive! - Awww, I guess Rin was able to open up a little to Komari when it was just the two of them, but those were unusual circumstances. Add more and more girls in and it becomes harder for her to get past her shyness. - Next task: save the cafeteria. - Sasasasasasasasasasasasami-sama returns! - Four on one. You fight dirty, Sasasasasa-sama. - The lunch ladies are all out! And nobody at the school seems to know or be making backup plans, so it's all down to a bunch of random students to take it upon themselves to start cooking. ![]() - But more importantly this means Rin has to ask the other girls for help. Yay. - Hahah, Yuiko is all for this. She gets to see her harem in aprons. - Haruka wants Yuiko for a wife. Yuiko would be totally okay with that. As long as they can adopt Rin and Komari and Kud. - Bwhaha, Rin's cuteness compounds every passing minute. Running out of the room to text Riki for help was mssively adorable. - Oh wow I so want to eat an omelette made by Kud. - JELLY DA JELLY DA JELLY DA! Aww, it was rather nice how they all waited for Riki at the end. Mission Complete! But I can't help but laugh at the way Horie Yui says "Narcolepsy" so seriously. Anyway, good episode!

Episode 10:
- Punipuni! Komari and Rin are punipuni! And Anego is in her happy place. Cute girls touching cute girls. I'm with you, Yuiko. I'm with you all the way. - Mio's sarcastic deadpan humor is pretty great. - Things get a bit more melancholy after that, and daaaaaaamn the music track right now really sells it. Very nice. - Now for a debate on the categorization of shaped rice. - Riki has no parents? That was probably mentioned before and I forgot. Mio loses her book. And it's Yui-chan to the rescue! =D I realllllly liked that whole bit. Mio GET! But Kengo is obviously going to join the team, so Mio won't be the 9th player. Maybe she'll be the manager.

Nizhizono episode. In all this time, have they even said her given name? And this show doesn't have the names in the opening, so unless you read the Japanese credits in the ending, you don't know her name. Well, obviously if you're on forums, you figure it out pretty quickly anyway.
I always thought it was weird that there was one more character than number of people they need for a baseball team, but since Kengo has consistently refused to join the team, I just assumed that he would be the odd man out. However, it doesn't look like Nishizono will be joining it. Maybe the reason she doesn't participate in gym isn't so much a physical issue as a mental one, ready to be cured in her arc, allowing her to join at the end? Or maybe they'll give Kengo some focus and he'll decide to join after all. Next episode... maybe something important happens? Not quite sure.

Mio's fairly amusing. Otherwise episode was ok, I guess. Don't see how useful Mio's going to be when playing baseball.

Episode 11:
- Nekomimi Rin. <3 Kyousuke plans a test of courage. - First team up is Rin, Komari, and Kud. Haha, the most useless team. Uselessly adorable! Also I notice Mio isn't in on this. - Kud can summon dogs! They're useless. - Rin can summon cats! They're useless too. - Team two, Yuiko, Haruka and Riki. Team three, Kengo and Masato. - Hahaha Yuiko is the best. She stops leading so she can watch Riki and Haruka get scared. Then she slips away and scares Team Rin half to death. When confronted with an unconscious Komari, her first impulse is to life her skirt and look at her panties. >_> And then to blow in her ear all sexy like to wake her up. - ...And then real ghosts do appear. o_O Kengo and Masato are trapped in the principal's office fighting them off. - Haha, Kud calls in the cavalry: Mio. - Oh, Mio knows a thing or two about evil spirits, actually. - Uh. The ghosts turns out to be a giant eagle that Kyousuke kept as a pet when they were younger. >_> - Well, the ghosts in the principal's office were real... That was silly, but amusing. 11 episodes in already though. I wonder how much can really be covered in the first season.

Okay, another pointless episode. Next time is a Mio episode, with Riki again asking her to be one of the Little Busters. Since it didn't work the first time, I assume this means we're going to have to go through her arc to change her mind, or at least make her open up more. Hopefully that's good. Almost halfway through the series and only having covered one of the many characters' stories does not bode well. Even if we get another full two cours, they're going to need to step things way up for this to work out. And presumably there's a bigger story to tell as well. I sure hope so.
