It looks like I've only actually gotten one February release so far, and I only actually got that in my hands today, now that it's not even February anymore. That's Nisemonogatari: Complete Collection (Blu-ray LE), and I suppose it wins by default, but there's not really anything else that I could see myself voting for even if I got it. This may not be (even close to) as good as Bake, but it's still good, and the packaging and all that stuff is still above-average (along with the price...). There's a reason it's the only one I've gotten so far, after all.

I went with Oreimo after seeing the import from Japan in the Aniplex panel.
