I'm assuming the monopole will be used for their robot at some point, I just wonder how.

Monopoles, how do they work? Did they just leave it in the field or is it in the robot garage now? Is it just me or is this series slowing down?

The start of giant robot building part 2.

But, damnit, the show really is teasing and skirting around the conspiracy stuff. Magnetic monopole falling from the sky and the end when Conbini-san told Airi to disappear.

Well, we are approaching the half-way mark so it should pick up.

It's good they discussed a new version.
Hope they have more luck with it.

Magnetic monopoles? Not gonna lie, I didn't really know about them until now. Oh well, I guess they'll be powering the club's robot. Maybe it will be used to make Aki's GunBuild-1 finally come to life properly.

Either way, it really doesn't match the serious nature in which the robotics issued are being dealt with otherwise. But hey, NASA conspiracy, so I guess this isn't all that surprising.

I have lots of catching up to do with this show.

- There's something about the Kagome, Kagome song.
- Now it's off to catch some Kill Ballad cheaters, and so far nobody has cheated.
- That was quite cruel of Subaru's father, making him tear apart his robot.
- The mystery behind the cancellation of the Gunvarrel finale: the staff died. And Frau's mother is believed to have murdered them.
- It's Kagome, Kagome again.
- And look who shows up. It's a familiar face from Steins;Gate.

Lots going on here, and seeing Nae return all grown up is a good thing.

- Nae is now with JAXA, and wants the club to help build a giant robot.
- Sounds like a great offer, but Aki would rather build one from scratch.
- Next clue about Kou Kimijima, Airi leads Kai to a hidden satellite.
- Whoops. Kai forgot to check the weather, and the satellite is totally exposed to the elements.
- In dangerous conditions, Kai is about to fall. But it's a good thing that time slows down for him or else he would have been a goner.
- It's Airi to the rescue, alerting Aki to save Kai.
- Something is up with Kagome, Kagome. There is some connection to that song and something ominous.

Great episode here, as Nae comes into the picture doing what she did in Steins;Gate, and then Airi becomes really helpful, being the virtual goddess that she is.
