You should ask about this in the Region 1 or Reigon2/R4 forums, depending upon where you are.
But I don't think that there has ever been a DVD release of either of those in English. They were apparently broadcast in English in Asia.

Region 2 UK if you live there and want R2 DVDs. Otherwise something already moved it to the right forum.
