Nurarihyon no mago ending?

I heard Nurarihyon no mago manga was ending, but I also heard it was just moving to a new magazine, and/or there was a sequel. I'm not sure if this means it will move to a new magazine, then end, then there will be a sequel, or if it "ends" then a "sequel" runs in a new magazine to finish it off, and then it's over.

Does anyone know? Also, any idea if there will be a third anime season?

It pretty much ended, jump gave it 3 more chapter in another magazine to end the arc and the manga (the last one will come out this year still). The rumors about a special project were the ova's.
