Default Joujuu Senjin!! Mushibugyo confirmed spring '13

https://twitter.com/manganewsjapon/s...89566714122240

Joujuu Senjin!! Mushibugyo will air in spring. The most interesting bit of news for me is that it's being done by Seven Arcs. The Nanoha/Dog Days/Sekirei people. Didn't expect to see them working on a Weekly Shounen Sunday adaptation in the primary animation production role. Guess they're branching out a bit.

Considering the amount of 2-season anime that are ending now, plus the current season being mostly compost with 1 season ones. Makes spring really interesting with lots of stuff to looks forward to.

Well, I won't miss this one. I finished the first season, so I want to know what will happen.

Looks like the ones that have the most of my attention right now are Shingeki (because Araki), Maou-sama! (because White Fox), Valvrave (because new Sunrise original by Okouchi), and Gargantia (because Urobuchi).

As always, I'll probably end up watching most of the full-length series that get simulcasts, and likely not finding those mentioned above to be my favorites of the season after all. Can I deal with another season of Hayate billed as the followup to that last disaster? If I have enough other shows, probably not.

Given what the lineup looks like, it doesn't look like a strong season like winter is. But of course, I don't exactly learn about these shows until Crunchyroll announces the simulcast offerings. At the moment, Chihayafuru season 2 is the only show continuing into spring and Oreimo season 2 is the only sure bet. RDG and Valvrave look interesting as well. Maybe it's just because I don't see as many shows animate by big name studios this season.

It's time to graduate from here. But there's still some business left.
The only thing better than anime is sports. Get hit hard and you got JACKED UP! Or else it's a C'mon Man!

Spring will be interesting because there are only two sequels I'm interested in: UtaPri and OreImo. Everything else is going to have to win me over as a new franchise, but I have a feeling more than a few will.

Yamato is good. I've seen part of it.

Reading through the manga of Maou Sama and I can tell you that this is one to keep an eye on. Heroine and male antagonist from a fantasy world get thrown into our world, without their powers. Looks like a good comedy. The heroine is a tsundere to boot. Could be really good if it translates well.

Aiura, Photo Kano, Yahari and Red Data Girl also look good.

edit: read yahari and its a 50/50 chance of being good. Maou Sama looks like a sure things.

Still getting announcements this late. This one's pedigree doesn't really inspire confidence (Gonzo + GREE mobile game...) but oh my god this cast:

Leviathan: Hayami Saori
Bahamut: Kitamura Eri
Jormungand: Taketatsu Ayana
Syrup: Hanazawa Kana

I'm in heaven. Will watch.
