Lots of announcements, but a lot of it is related to stuff I didn't watch, didn't finish, or didn't like. Hakkenden and Bakumatsu Gijinden Roman are looking like the only possibilities for me right now.

It will be awhile before it begins airing. Usually, the shows whose premiere is just around the corner will be announced first. As for today's announcements, I'm not exactly too excited about any of them.

It's with Kadokawa, so it's certainly possible (and possibly a Sentai Filmworks license). If we don't hear anything later this week, it probably goes with FUNimation (that's if they don't announce their lineup).

I was kind of curious if FUNi has even simulcast any Kadokawa series in a while. Last one I'm certain on was KoreZom of the Dead last spring, and that was a continuation of an already licensed title. Seems like they have been drifting towards Sentai in the past few seasons.... (but none of them seem the kind of series FUNi would license, anyway, except maybe Maoyu since Spice and Wolf was successful for them).

And we move closer and closer to a season where they only pick up one of my top tier titles. Plus we know Chihayafuru 2 (which is actually pretty high up for me, but it's a given since it's a sequel, so I wasn't counting it) has to be one of the small number of remaining boxes, so cross that off too. Meh.
