On Thursday. Tuesday is only the partial data.

The full data has been hitting 2ch around 9:00-10:00 AM EST (UTC-5) Thursday, assuming I catch the weekly text file in its brief window of availability. Then add however long it takes me to format it and post. If I miss the text file, post gets delayed until it's available on one of the sales BBS. But generally it'll be up by noon. Whoever is providing it now has been rather punctual the past two weeks, which will hopefully continue.
