Episode 3:

- Momo and Aoi on the train <3 And Akane delivering newspapers using her superpowers...
- HAHAHA Akane has TTGL glasses to mask her identity. Then flies straight into a building anyway.
- Oh god. I had forgotten. Wakaba is Ootsubo Yuka. TOSHINOU KYOUKOOOOOO!

- Wakaba saw. Time to DOCKINGU with her and bring her into the team!
- Heh, Akane's face when she recognizes Wakaba.
- Akane is a terrible liar.
- I can't stop smiling when I hear Kyouko coming from Wakaba, goddamn.
- HAHAHA the chase pauses to help a teacher, then immediately resumes.
- FUCK YEAH MOMO PRINCESS CARRY. But lol way to exploit your imouto, Akane. And I would killlll for a Wakaba/Momo DOCKINGU.

- Akane and Momo bath time yay.
- HAHAHAHAHA well this ceased to be kendo pretty quickly. Throws, sword catches, dual wield... How much of this is supposed to be Akane's normal strength and how much is augmentation from her new powers?
- Oh man, that docking sequence was hot. Wakaba coming up from behind and kissing Akane on the forehead <3
- ...But I think it's Momo who Wakaba is most into. I need that pairing, so hard. But I assume she'll be paired up with Himawari.

ED is fantastic. I want to see all combinations!

Damn, that was ruuuuuuuuuuushed as shit. I assume the next episode will be equally rushed. But it's all for the sake of getting the introduction episodes out of the way so we can get on with the really epic stuff (plus it was just really fun), so I'm okay with it. We've only got a cour to work with after all.

[Buckeye]

- Akane is way late and her scooter has broken down. Now how to make it on time, transform into Vivid Red.
- Akane crash lands on the beach in front of Wakaba. Even with zero kendo experience, Akane's athleticism is enough to win.
- It's the first day and Akane is already in the doghouse. I guess Mizuha forgot to let Akane know not to use her powers like that.
- Wakaba is out for revenge, and it's a wild goose chase inside the school. But it ends thanks to Momo.
- The gauntlet has been thrown down. This time, Akane can't back down.
- And in this fight, true strength is drawn out. Wakaba's mentality meant that kendo wasn't fun and games as it ought to be.
- The Alone strikes, and Wakaba becomes Vivid Green to save the day.

This show just keeps on getting better with each episode as Wakaba is a totally great character here. The story about how the two became friends through a sport that Wakaba is totally the master at and Akane knows next to nothing about is just amazing. Next episode, Himawari comes out of hiding.

-Wait what? WHAT!? A) The Vivid system can generate other things besides the outfit & weapons, such as glasses. B) Akane created a disguise for herself by blinking, the disguise is only a pair of sunglasses. C) Akane is a member of Team DaiGurren. D) FUCK YEAH!
-Oh shit. Finally the catching a blade in your palms use where it's actually possible. Thank you wooden practice sword for making the impossible possible.
-Saegusa meets her mysterious woman!
-Hey what's WALLe doing in cla-- Himawari-chan is a robot.
-Purple/Black is in the class too? That's too much convenience.
-Green challenges red to a duel! *runaway*
-Butt shots have increased 4 fold in this chase scene.
-Momo just got chest bounced. Don't worry Seagusa will make it all better. Waifu carry in progress.

-I Can't Believe My Waifu is My Rival's Imouto!
-"Ho-ho" WHAT!? What are you doing grandpa? ECCHI!
-That is the cutest love letter of challenge ever.
-Ah shoot. I was hoping Akane would show up wielding a boat oar for the battle.
-Ooh nice fun fast frantic fight. Twin sword style!
-Dang you Alone. You ruined the sparring time. Go kick it's ass Akane.
-Saegusa: "I want to help. Can I fight too?" Akane: "FUCK YEAH!" :D
-Saegusa has the best henshin so far. Great posing.
-Vivid Green is freaking awesome!

Okay I give in. If you insist on doing it Vividred. I won't complain. Shower me with more butt shots of little girls. But only so long as this show remains as filled with Super Robotically badass battles! If I must sit through close ups of asses to get to the asskicking so be it.

This sure was an amazingly and purely fun first episode. That transformation scene was epic! I can't wait to see what DOCKINGU really is... And yeah, this sure is another possible import for me! I love the characters so much already... Akane is an amazing lead, Momo is an amazing imouto and Aoi is an amazing lover!

OMG, Vividyellow is amazing. That hair! That dress! She uses funnels! Which function as both a shield and an uber beam cannon.

And Akane falling down and reaching out to Himawari, then hugging. HNNNNNNNNNGGGGGG

I was also amused at the enemy attacking when they tried to dock at the beginning.

I hope the show utilizes rapid switching between Vividforms somehow and some point.

So now that the team has been gathered, I guess they'll meet Rei in the next episode or two. Maybe next time but they may only realize someone is causing it and then won't actually encounter her until episode 6.

Definitely the best transformation and docking scenes. Best ED too!

So far everyone has docked with Akane. Can the other girls dock without her? And can we get more colours? Vividblue + Wakaba = VividCyan?

Episode 4:

- Fucking ALONE! How dar you interrupt girl girl kissing? Kill it dead, girls.
- Himawari-san@Ganbaranai is watching you.
- Heh, poor Mizuha. I don't think she wants to accept the absurdity of the situations she's been facing.
- Aoi's butt is sore. Massage it for her, Akane.
- I think Wakaba is a bit more of a handful than Aoi and Akane expected.

- "I'm free to move around now..." ::turns around to see remote controlled camera thing:: Oops.
- I think you mean homuhomurun, Rei.
- AKANE KILLED HIMAWARI!
- Home visit. Befriending in process!
- Hah, Wakaba has an eye for cute girls. And uh, did she run home and get that and run all the way back? Or does she just carry cute dresses with her at all times?
- HAHAHA Wakaba ♥s cute girls. But, Momo, she's cheating on you...

- Triple henshin! Wakaba and Aoi ought to dock too, damnit!
- "Eh? EH? EHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH?" Himawari is about to get a crash course in Vividing.
- Fuck yeah Himawari henshin! And just as Wakaba was saying they needed more defensive power too.
- I'm waiting for Aoi to go all yandere because Akane keeps kissing other girls.
- FUCK YEAH VIVIDYELLOW! Vividyellow is best vivid! Absolutely love her design. And that hug, oh god.

That was a lot better than episode three. I loved three as well, but where that felt rushed in covering the same kind of story in the same amount of time, I didn't feel that way about this episode at all.

And the team is finally complete with Yellow joining the team and immediately being able to dockingu with Akane. The Neuroi, erm Alones, don't stand a chance, they don't even need to find the cores, heh heh...

So, clearly VRO is stealing from the best. First Homura, now Mami, wow. Well, stealing in art is ok, as long as you make it your own and come up with something better in the end.

Also something rushed about friendship and trust. So far the show sure doesn't care to drag out the small backstories, thereby wasting a few chances to create an emotional impact through character development. I hope they take a little more care to develop the main plot later on, which should get rolling with the next episode (only 7 feathers left...).
