For Shippuden, yeah, I think so. The 12th volume of the first series had Sakura. I remember hoping they would use Hinata for one of the filler box sets, but I guess they didn't... so this is the first one with Hinata.

This cover looks pretty good. Hinata is looking insanely nice on that cover in that mode, ready to strike and kill.
