Original Uncut Yugioh subtitles?

I purchased the YGO disc sometime back, and while watching it in Japanese, I noticed a few things in the subtitles didn't match up with the English moments (For example, in the Japanese vers, Pegasus would say something in english, and it wouldn't match up with the subtitle.)
I tried to rewatch the disc earlier this morning, and when I got "dubtitles" again, I was looking at the Audio option on WMP, and it lists three English subtitle tracks. Is there one of those I should use, to get a more accurate subtitle?

Yes, you should try the other 2 subtitle choses. Funimation DVDs contain both Close Captions and Subtitles (the third one is probably for kanji only). It sounds like you are watching the Close Captions option.
