Default Kaleido Star 5

I just got around to watch this (yes I'm slow), and noticed a couple of issues. Both of them turned up on two different players, a Pioneer DV-656-A and a NEC DVD-ROM.

First, at 16:17 into episode 22, the front left audio channel cuts out for about a second on the Japanese track (the English one is ok).

Second, and this is kinda peculiar: At 19:06 in episode 22, for just a single frame (blink and you'll miss it), the text:

Kaleido Star
022
322
01 + 15 F
2

shows up through the background. I figure this is a scene identifier of some sort, but why is it on the DVD? ^_^;

Has anyone else noticed these issues?

Nope, I didn't have any problems of the sort.

Just checked my disc and I have both of those problems too.
Here's a screenshot of the numbers. Nice catch.

I didn't notice them when I originally watched it, but I have now checked my copy, and can confirm that both problems occur on my disc too.

The sound dropout isn't very noticable unless you listen for it. There's only crowd noise from the audience at that point.

The strange text and numbers looks like something that happened during production, at Gonzo (or whatever studio they subcontracted to do inbetween animation). I looks like if someone accidentally left a paper behind another when putting it in the scanner. It was probably like this in the original TV broadcast too.
